Objective
To ensure the Container Area within the Transportation Hub is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, in compliance with Australian cleaning standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Start by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth to capture dust particles.
Sanitise high-touch areas using an approved disinfectant, ensuring adherence to the contact time as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Mop the floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to thoroughly vacuum the floor, effectively removing dust and allergens.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and then sanitise both the interior and exterior of the bin.
Clean glass surfaces using a streak-free glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth.
Inspect the walls and floors for stains, treating them with an appropriate cleaning agent as needed.
