Objective
To ensure the bank area within the transportation hub is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, adhering to Australian cleaning standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Start by arranging the cleaning trolley with all the required supplies, making sure to use colour-coded cloths for distinct areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin by dusting all horizontal surfaces, starting from the highest point and working downwards, using a microfibre cloth.
Sanitise high-contact areas using a disinfectant spray and cloth, ensuring all surfaces are visibly damp for the contact duration specified by the product.
Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted areas, with particular focus on corners and edges.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and sanitise both the interior and exterior of the bin.
Mop the hard floor utilising a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring the floor is not left slippery.
Clean the glass surface with a glass cleaner, ensuring no streaks or smudges remain.
Conduct spot cleaning on walls and doors as required, utilising a cleaner appropriate for the surface type.

GoodMinor dust or marks on less than 5% of surfaces. Floors are clean with minimal wet spots. Rubbish bins are empty and clean. Glass surfaces have minimal streaks. High-touch areas are mostly sanitised.
PassNoticeable dust or marks on 10% of surfaces. Floors have some visible dirt or wet spots. Rubbish bins are emptied but not sanitised. Glass surfaces have visible streaks. High-touch areas are partially sanitised.
FailSignificant dust or marks on more than 10% of surfaces. Floors are dirty or wet. Rubbish bins are full or dirty. Glass surfaces are heavily streaked. High-touch areas are not sanitised.
