Objective
To ensure the Currency Exchange area within the Transportation Hub is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
Cleaning Methods
Start by arranging the cleaning supplies on a trolley, making sure all items are colour-coded in accordance with their assigned cleaning areas.
Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Vacuum the carpeted area utilising a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to minimise dust and allergens.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring that no residue is left behind.
Sanitise high-contact areas utilising a disinfectant spray and a clean cloth, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

FailSurfaces are visibly dirty with significant dust or smudges. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Floors are dirty with significant debris or stains. Glass surfaces are heavily streaked. Rubbish bins are full or have strong odour.
