Cleaning Methods

Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to thoroughly vacuum carpets and rugs, ensuring the removal of dust and allergens.

Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring that no residue is left behind.

Pass	Noticeable dust on surfaces; carpets have visible debris; floors have visible streaks; high-touch areas are partially sanitised; toilets are clean but with noticeable odours; rubbish bins are not empty; windows have visible smudges.
Fail	Heavy dust on surfaces; carpets are dirty with debris; floors are dirty with streaks; high-touch areas are not sanitised; toilets are dirty with strong odours; rubbish bins are full and unsanitised; windows are dirty with smudges.
