Objective
To ensure the airline lounge within the transportation hub is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all passengers and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Start by donning the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with Australian Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination across various areas.
Vacuum the carpeted area utilising a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to guarantee air quality standards are upheld.
Sanitise high-contact areas utilising an approved disinfectant.
Dust and wipe all surfaces using a microfibre cloth and the appropriate cleaning agent.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner to preserve the floor's integrity.
Clean glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and microfibre cloth to achieve a streak-free finish.
Sanitise the toilet using a toilet-specific cleaner and ensure all fixtures are thoroughly disinfected.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental guidelines.
Inspect all areas to ensure they meet the quality criteria before finalising the task.
