Objective
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the fine dining area of a transportation hub, ensuring compliance with Australian cleaning standards and enhancing the dining experience for patrons.
Cleaning Methods
Commence by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, guaranteeing the complete removal of dust from tables, chairs, and decorative elements.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpeted area, ensuring special attention is paid to corners and under furniture. Spot clean any stains using an appropriate carpet cleaning solution.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH floor cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Sanitise high-touch surfaces using a disinfectant spray, ensuring adequate contact time for effective germ eradication.
Empty the rubbish bin, sanitise both the interior and exterior, and replace the liner.
Following each dining period, thoroughly clean and sanitise the table and chairs utilising a food-safe sanitiser.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the required cleanliness standard.
Clean glass surfaces and mirrors using a glass cleaner to ensure a streak-free finish.
