Objective
To ensure self-service kiosks in transportation hubs are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Use a microfibre cloth to dust all surfaces of the kiosk, ensuring complete removal of dust.
Apply an appropriate sanitising solution to a clean cloth and thoroughly wipe all touchpoints to ensure complete coverage.
Utilise a glass cleaner on the screen to eliminate fingerprints and smudges, ensuring a streak-free finish.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and sanitise the exterior of the bin.
Inspect the floor area surrounding the kiosk. Vacuum or mop as required to remove debris and spills.

FailSignificant dust, smudges, or fingerprints on surfaces. Touchpoints are not sanitised. Rubbish bins are overflowing. Floor area has visible debris and spills.
