Objective
To ensure the Departure Lounge at the Transportation Hub is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all passengers and staff.
Cleaning Methods
begin by dusting all surface using a microfibre cloth to capture dust and allergen
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to vacuum the carpeted area, thereby maintaining air quality.
Sanitise high-touch areas using a hospital-grade disinfectant, ensuring adherence to the contact time as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Mop the hard floor utilising a colour-coded mop system to prevent cross-contamination. Use a neutral pH floor cleaner.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and sanitise the bin surface using a disinfectant spray.
Clean glass surfaces using a streak-free glass cleaner, then polish with a lint-free cloth.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the quality criteria.

FailSurfaces are heavily soiled with dust and smudges. Floors are dirty with significant stains or debris. High-touch areas are not sanitised and have multiple marks. Rubbish bins are overflowing and have strong odour. Glass surfaces are dirty with significant streaks.
