ANCMF-AU-R-MP-01

Objective
To maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing multi-level parking facility in accordance with Australian cleaning standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination across various areas.
Carry out an initial inspection to pinpoint areas necessitating immediate attention.
Begin by removing all visible rubbish and debris, depositing it in the designated waste bin.
Sweep all floors utilising a broom or mechanical sweeper, then proceed to mop with an appropriate cleaning solution.
Sanitise all touchpoints by wiping them down with a disinfectant spray and a microfibre cloth.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the required cleanliness standard.
Sanitise the toilet using the appropriate cleaning solution and tools, ensuring all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected.
Dust all surfaces, including signage and lighting fixtures, using a duster or microfibre cloth.
Empty and clean the rubbish bin, replacing the liner as necessary.
Eliminate graffiti utilising a graffiti remover and cloth, ensuring the surface sustains no damage.
