Objective
To ensure the service lift in the retail facility is maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to Australian cleaning standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all the necessary equipment and supplies, making sure to use colour-coded cloths and mops.
Commence by dusting and wiping down all surfaces using a damp microfibre cloth, starting from the top and working downwards.
Thoroughly vacuum the lift floor, ensuring special attention is paid to corners and edges.
Mop the floor utilising a neutral pH cleaner, making certain no residue is left behind.
Sanitise high-touch areas using a disinfectant spray, ensuring to allow appropriate contact time as per the product instructions.
