Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination, ensuring separate cloths and mops are used for different areas.
Sweep the entire area to remove loose dirt and debris.
Sanitise all seating and table surfaces thoroughly with a sanitising solution, ensuring complete coverage.
