Cleaning Methods

Begin by dusting high surfaces, then proceed downwards to ensure all dust is captured.
Sanitise all touchpoints using a disinfectant that meets the Australian standards for germicidal efficacy.
Empty the rubbish bin and replace the liner, ensuring the bin is clean and free of odour.
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to vacuum the floor, ensuring the removal of dust and allergens.
Utilise a neutral pH cleaner to mop the floor, thereby preventing potential surface damage.
Clean glass surfaces using a streak-free cleaner and a microfibre cloth.

ExcellentAll surfaces are spotless, no visible dust or smudges, touchpoints are sanitised, floors are immaculate with no debris, bins are empty and odour-free, glass surfaces are crystal clear.
GoodMinor dust on non-touch surfaces, touchpoints are sanitised, floors are clean with minimal debris, bins are empty with slight odour, glass surfaces have minor streaks.
PassNoticeable dust on surfaces, touchpoints are mostly sanitised, floors have some debris, bins are not overflowing but have odour, glass surfaces have visible streaks.
FailHeavy dust accumulation, touchpoints unsanitised, floors are dirty with visible debris, bins are overflowing and have strong odour, glass surfaces are dirty and streaked.
