Objective
To ensure the foyer area of the retail facility is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies and equipment, making sure to use colour-coded cloths for distinct areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Start by dusting all surfaces from top to bottom, using a damp microfibre cloth for efficient dust collection.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpeted areas and mats, ensuring special attention is paid to corners and edges.

Mop the hard floor utilising a neutral pH floor cleaner, ensuring no streaks or residues are left behind.
Sanitise and wipe high-touch surfaces using a disinfectant solution, ensuring adequate contact time for effective sanitisation.

Inspect the entrance mat, vacuum or shake out as necessary to remove dirt and debris.
Inspect the hand sanitiser dispenser and replenish if required.
