Objective
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in shopping centre corridors, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for shoppers and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Commence by dusting all horizontal surfaces with a microfibre cloth to trap dust and inhibit airborne particles.
Vacuum the carpeted area and entrance mat using a commercial-grade vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter to ensure effective removal of dust and allergens.
Mop the hard floor utilising a colour-coded mop and bucket system, employing a neutral pH floor cleaner to prevent surface damage.
Sanitise high-contact surfaces using a disinfectant spray, then wipe clean with a fresh microfibre cloth.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and clean both the interior and exterior of the bin using a disinfectant solution.
Spot clean walls and glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth to eliminate smudges and fingerprints.
Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas are clean and free of rubbish or debris.
