Objective
Ensure the warehouse space within the retail facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to Australian cleaning standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Commence by dusting all surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth to effectively capture dust particles.
Vacuum all carpeted areas using a HEPA filter vacuum to ensure dust and allergens are effectively contained.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring that no residue is left behind.
Apply a disinfectant spray to high-contact areas, ensuring an adequate dwell time for effective sanitisation.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and clean the bin using a disinfectant solution.
Spot-clean walls and doors using an appropriate cleaner to eliminate any visible marks.
Clean and sanitise the toilet and break area, with a focus on the sink tap and other fixtures.
Inspect the air vent and duct, utilising a vacuum attachment to eliminate accumulated dust.
