Objective
To ensure the stockroom in the retail facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and organised environment for staff and inventory management.
Cleaning Methods
Commence by dusting all surfaces from top to bottom to avoid recontamination.
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to sanitise high-touch areas, ensuring cross-contamination is avoided.
Vacuum the carpeted area utilising a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to capture dust and allergens.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and ensure the bin is clean and odour-free.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner to preserve the surface integrity.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.
Arrange stock and cleaning supplies to maintain a neat and efficient workspace.

FailHeavy dust accumulation. High-touch areas are visibly dirty. Floors are dirty with significant debris. Rubbish bins are overflowing and have strong odour. Stock is disorganised and cluttered.
