Objective

Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all the necessary equipment and cleaning agents.
Begin by dusting and wiping down the exterior of all machinery using a microfibre cloth.
Sanitise high-touch surfaces using a disinfectant solution.
Mop the floor using a damp mop and suitable cleaning solution, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and sanitise the interior of the bin.
Clean and sanitise the toilet and washroom facilities, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the quality criteria.

PassSurfaces have some dust or dirt but are generally clean. Mild odours may be present. Floors may have some wet spots. High-touch surfaces are partially sanitised. Toilets are generally clean. Rubbish bins are not overflowing.
FailSurfaces are visibly dirty or dusty. Strong odours present. Floors are wet or slippery. High-touch surfaces are not sanitised. Toilets are dirty or stained. Rubbish bins are overflowing or dirty.
