Objective
Ensure the Fire Pump Room is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with Australian regulations.
Cleaning Methods
Ensure the area is prepared by removing any obstructions and confirming the placement of safety signs.
Dust all surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth to effectively capture dust particles.
Sanitise high-touch surfaces using an approved disinfectant, ensuring adherence to the contact time as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to vacuum the floor, minimising airborne dust.
Mop the floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Discard waste in the designated bin and replace the liner.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the quality criteria.
