Objective
Ensure the diesel tank area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, minimising risks associated with spills, contamination, and odours.
Cleaning Methods
Inspect the area for any visible debris and utilise the appropriate tool for its removal.
Apply a degreasing agent to all surfaces, then scrub thoroughly to eliminate any diesel residue.
Rinse the surface with water, ensuring all cleaning agents are completely removed.
Sanitise the surface utilising a suitable sanitising solution.
Inspect the drain and grate, remove any blockages, and clean thoroughly.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
