Objective
Ensure the electrical control room is maintained in a clean and safe condition, minimising dust and contaminants to protect sensitive equipment and comply with Australian workplace health and safety standards.
Cleaning Methods
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
Prepare the area by eliminating any obstructions and ensure all equipment is powered off, if required.
Begin dusting surfaces with an anti-static cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Sanitise high-contact areas utilising a suitable disinfectant.

Vacuum the floor using a HEPA filter vacuum, ensuring special attention is given to corners and edges.
