Dust all surfaces utilising a colour-coded system to prevent cross-contamination.

Sanitise high-contact areas using an approved disinfectant.

Performance Level	Criteria
Excellent	All surfaces are free of dust and debris; no visible stains or spills; high-touch areas are sanitised and free of smudges; signage and lighting are spotless and fully visible; drainage systems are clear and functional.
Good	Minor dust or debris present; occasional stains or spills; high-touch areas mostly sanitised; signage and lighting mostly clean; drainage systems mostly clear.
Pass	Noticeable dust or debris; visible stains or spills; high-touch areas partially sanitised; signage and lighting partially clean; drainage systems partially obstructed.
Fail	Significant dust or debris; large stains or spills; high-touch areas not sanitised; signage and lighting dirty or obscured; drainage systems blocked.
