Objective
To ensure the break room in the industrial facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in compliance with Australian workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential equipment and supplies, ensuring the use of colour-coded cloths and mops.
Dust all surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth to trap dust and allergens.
Sanitise high-touch areas using a disinfectant spray, ensuring adequate contact time for effective germ elimination.
Clean kitchen appliances using a damp cloth and a suitable cleaning agent, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of the waste in accordance with the facility's waste management protocol.
Sanitise tables and chairs by wiping them down with a solution, ensuring all surfaces appear visibly clean and are free from stains.

FailSurfaces are visibly dirty with dust, stains, or smudges. Strong unpleasant odours present. Floors are dirty or wet. Consumables are depleted. Rubbish or debris is evident.
