Objective
Ensure the spray booth is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards to support safe and efficient operations, in compliance with Australian workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Start by removing all loose debris and dust using a vacuum fitted with a HEPA filter.
Utilise a damp microfibre cloth to wipe down all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and equipment, to eliminate overspray and residue.
Sanitise high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, and control panels using an approved sanitising solution.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and ensure the bin is wiped clean.
Mop the floor with an appropriate cleaning solution, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Inspect the air vent and filter, cleaning them with a vacuum or damp cloth as necessary.
Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and appropriately stored after use.

FailExcessive dust or debris; surfaces are dirty with significant residue; air vents and filters are clogged; strong odours present; floors are dirty and wet.
