Objective
To ensure the paint shop is maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene, minimising contamination and ensuring a safe working environment.
Cleaning Methods
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
Begin by dusting all surfaces using a microfibre cloth to capture dust particles.
Mop the floor with a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Empty the rubbish bin and replace the liner, ensuring the bin is sanitised.
Sanitise high-contact areas using an industrial-grade disinfectant.
Utilise the suitable solvent to eliminate paint residue from the surface.
Vacuum clean the air vent and filter utilising a HEPA filter.
Quality Criteria

ExcellentAll surfaces are free from dust and paint residues. Floors are spotless with no visible marks. High-touch areas are sanitised and free from fingerprints. Air vents are clean with no dust accumulation.

PassNoticeable dust on surfaces and some paint residues. Floors have visible marks. High-touch areas are partially sanitised. Air vents have moderate dust.
FailSignificant dust and paint residues on surfaces. Floors are dirty with numerous marks. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Air vents are clogged with dust.
