Objective
To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic staff parking area in hospitality facilities, ensuring compliance with Australian cleaning standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
Conduct a visual inspection of the area to ascertain the cleaning needs.
Eliminate rubbish and debris utilising the appropriate tools, and then dispose of it in the designated bin.
Sweep the area utilising a broom or mechanical sweeper.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and then sanitise the bin's surface.
Mop the hard surface using an appropriate cleaning solution.
Sanitise high-contact surfaces using an approved sanitising agent.
Clean signage using a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
Address any stain or spill using the appropriate cleaning product.
Clean the lift and stairwell utilising the appropriate method for each surface type.
