Objective
Ensure the HVAC room in hospitality facilities is cleaned to the highest standards, maintaining air quality and hygiene in compliance with Australian regulations.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential equipment and supplies, ensuring that colour-coded cloths are utilised for various surfaces.
Dust all surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth to capture dust and prevent its dispersal.
Sanitise high-touch areas using an approved disinfectant, ensuring to allow for appropriate contact time.

Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum to clean the floor, ensuring the maintenance of air quality.
Discard waste in the designated bin and replace the liner.
