Objective
To ensure staff areas in hospitality facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, promoting a safe and pleasant environment for staff.
Cleaning Methods
begin by dusting all surface using a microfibre cloth to capture dust and allergen
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to thoroughly vacuum carpets and rugs, ensuring effective removal of dust and allergens.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner to prevent surface damage.
Sanitise high-touch surfaces utilising a hospital-grade disinfectant, ensuring adherence to the contact time as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Sanitise the kitchenette by thoroughly wiping down the benchtop and appliances with a food-safe sanitiser.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and then sanitise the bin using a disinfectant spray.
