Objective
Ensure the Bell Desk area in hospitality facilities is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Start by organising the cleaning trolley, making sure all required supplies are readily available. Items should be colour-coded and in excellent condition.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpeted area, paying particular attention to corners and spaces under furniture.
Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Sanitise high-contact areas using an appropriate disinfectant, ensuring the solution is allowed to dwell for the recommended duration.
Empty the rubbish bin, clean both the interior and exterior, and replace the liner.
Mop the hard floor using a damp mop and a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no excess water remains.
Clean glass surfaces with a glass cleaner, using a squeegee to achieve a streak-free finish.
Restock and organise the cleaning trolley, ensuring all items are prepared for the next use.
