Objective
To ensure the playground area within the hospitality facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Start by eliminating all noticeable debris and litter from the area.
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
Sanitise all play equipment thoroughly using a suitable disinfectant, ensuring all surfaces are comprehensively wiped.
Vacuum and mop all floor surfaces, giving particular attention to high-traffic areas.
Empty the rubbish bin and replace the liner, ensuring the bin is sanitised before replacement.
Disinfect all seating and table surfaces by wiping them down with a disinfectant solution.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the quality criteria.
Clean and sanitise the drinking fountain and tap, ensuring no residue is left behind.

PassVisible dust or debris on some surfaces. Mild odours present. Equipment is partially sanitised. Rubbish bins are not overflowing but have visible residue. Drinking fountains have water spots and minor residue.
FailSignificant dirt, dust, or debris on surfaces. Strong odours present. Equipment is not sanitised. Rubbish bins are overflowing or unsanitised. Drinking fountains are dirty or non-operational.
