Objective

Ensure the generator room in the hospitality facility is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Scope of Work
  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the floor and surfaces.
  • Dust all surfaces, including equipment, shelves, and ledges.
  • Sanitise high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches.
  • Vacuum and mop the floor using appropriate cleaning agents.
  • Ensure all cleaning activities comply with relevant Australian health and safety standards.
Method
  1. Prepare the area by removing any loose debris and rubbish, placing it in the appropriate rubbish bin.
  2. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to dust all surfaces, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
  3. Apply a suitable sanitising solution to high-touch surfaces and allow it to dwell for the recommended time before wiping clean.
  4. Vacuum the floor thoroughly, paying attention to corners and edges.
  5. Mop the floor with a neutral detergent, ensuring no residue is left behind.
