Objective
Ensure the parking area of the healthcare facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting infection control and providing a safe environment for all users.
Scope of Work
- Remove all rubbish and debris from the parking area.
- Sweep and mop all hard surfaces, ensuring removal of dirt and stains.
- Sanitise all high-touch surfaces, including ticket machines and lift buttons.
- Clean and sanitise all signage and bollards.
- Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and sanitised.
- Remove any graffiti or markings from surfaces.
- Check and clean any drainage grates to prevent blockages.
Method
- Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris, placing it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
- Use a broom to sweep the entire area, focusing on corners and edges.
- Prepare a mop and bucket with a suitable cleaning solution, and mop all hard surfaces.
- Use a sanitising spray and cloth to wipe down high-touch surfaces, ensuring thorough coverage.
- Empty all rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin surfaces.
- Use a graffiti remover for any markings, following product instructions.
- Inspect drainage grates, removing any debris to ensure proper water flow.
