Objective
To ensure the bandstand in the government building is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring safety, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal.
Scope of Work
- Dusting of all surfaces including railings, benches, and decorative elements.
- Sanitising of all touchpoints including handrails and seating areas.
- Mopping of floors with appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Emptying and sanitising of rubbish bins.
- Removal of cobwebs and debris from all areas.
- Cleaning of any signage and information boards.
- Inspection and cleaning of lighting fixtures for dust and insects.
Method
- Begin by dusting all surfaces using a microfibre cloth to capture dust effectively.
- Sanitise all touchpoints with a disinfectant solution, ensuring all areas are covered.
- Mop the floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left.
- Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin interior and exterior.
- Use a cobweb brush to remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
- Wipe down signage with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Check lighting fixtures and clean with a dry cloth to remove dust and insects.
