Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in hospitality toilets, adhering to Australian cleaning standards and practices.

Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared with all essential supplies, utilising colour-coded cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination.

Put on the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with Australian Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

Start by emptying the rubbish bin and replacing the liner.

Apply sanitiser to all toilet surfaces and allow for the recommended dwell time as per the product's instructions.

Clean mirrors and glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth.

Sanitise the tap, sink, and countertop by utilising a disinfectant spray and cloth.

Inspect the area to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.

Dust and wipe all horizontal surfaces using a damp cloth.

Mop the floor using a sanitising solution, ensuring no excess water is left behind.

Inspect and replenish all dispensers with the required supplies.

Performance Level	Criteria
Excellent	All surfaces are visibly clean and sanitised, with no streaks or residues. No odours present. Supplies are fully stocked. Floors are dry and free of debris.
Good	Surfaces are clean with minimal streaks. No strong odours. Supplies are mostly stocked. Floors are mostly dry with minor debris.
Pass	Surfaces are mostly clean but may have some streaks. Mild odours present. Supplies are low but available. Floors have some wet spots and debris.
Fail	Surfaces are visibly dirty or stained. Strong odours present. Supplies are depleted. Floors are wet and have significant debris.
