Objective
To ensure the Bar Store area in hospitality facilities is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, meeting all relevant Australian health and safety regulations.
Cleaning Methods
Start by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth to trap and contain dust, thereby preventing its dispersal.
Sanitise high-touch surfaces using a disinfectant spray and a clean cloth, ensuring all areas are thoroughly wiped.
Prepare a mop bucket with an appropriate floor cleaning solution. Proceed to mop the entire floor area, then allow it to air dry.

Clean the sink and tap using a non-abrasive cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth.
