Good	Minor dust on surfaces; touchpoints are mostly sanitised; floors have minimal residue; rubbish bins are clean with slight odour; few cobwebs present; signage is mostly clear; lighting fixtures have minor dust.
Pass	Noticeable dust on surfaces; some touchpoints missed; floors have visible residue; rubbish bins have noticeable odour; cobwebs in some areas; signage is legible but dirty; lighting fixtures are dusty.
Fail	Heavy dust on surfaces; touchpoints are unsanitised; floors are dirty with residue; rubbish bins are overflowing and odorous; cobwebs and debris are widespread; signage is unreadable; lighting fixtures are covered in dust.
