Objective
To ensure the public art spaces within the government building are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Cleaning Methods
Use a microfibre cloth to gently dust each piece of art and its frame, ensuring the artwork remains undamaged.
Apply an appropriate sanitiser to all touchable surfaces, ensuring the correct contact time as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner to prevent surface damage.
Utilise a HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaner to minimise dust and allergens when vacuuming the carpet.
Clean the glass case using a non-abrasive glass cleaner, ensuring a streak-free result.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and wipe down the exterior using a disinfectant wipe.
Conduct spot cleaning on walls using a mild detergent solution to remove any visible marks or stains.
