Objective
To ensure the Radio Room in the Government Building is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Ready the cleaning trolley with the necessary supplies and PPE.
Dust all surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth, beginning from the highest areas and working down to the lower regions.
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to vacuum the carpet.
Sanitise high-touch areas using an approved disinfectant, ensuring appropriate contact time is allowed.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with the facility's protocol.
Clean glass surfaces using a streak-free glass cleaner.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral detergent, ensuring no excess water remains.
Inspect and clean the air vent using a vacuum attachment or a damp cloth.

GoodSurfaces are mostly clean with minimal dust. High-touch areas are sanitised but may have slight residue. Floors are clean with minor stains. Air vents have minimal dust. No strong odours present.
PassSurfaces have some dust accumulation. High-touch areas are partially sanitised. Floors have visible stains and debris. Air vents have noticeable dust. Mild odours present.
FailSurfaces are dusty and unclean. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Floors are dirty with significant stains and debris. Air vents are clogged with dust. Strong odours present.
