Sanitise all touchpoints using an approved disinfectant, ensuring to allow for the appropriate contact time.

Thoroughly vacuum the carpeted area, ensuring particular attention is paid to corners and edges.

Mop the hard floor using a damp mop and the suitable cleaning solution, ensuring no residue is left behind.

Conduct a final inspection to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.

Fail	Significant dust and dirt; touchpoints not sanitised; bins overflowing; floors dirty; strong odours present; dispensers empty.
