Objective
To ensure the toilets in the government building are cleaned to the highest standards, maintaining hygiene, safety, and comfort for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Ready the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies and equipment, ensuring the implementation of colour-coded cleaning systems.
Ensure that you don the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with Australian Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Begin by emptying the rubbish bin and replacing the liner.

While the solution is working, dust and wipe all horizontal surfaces and partitions.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and microfibre cloth.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet quality criteria.
Scrub and rinse the toilet bowl, seat, and sink, ensuring all surfaces are sanitised.

PassSurfaces are generally clean but may have some streaks or residue. Mild odours present. Consumables are low but available. Floors are damp with some debris. Mirrors and glass have noticeable smudges.
FailSurfaces are visibly dirty or unsanitised. Strong odours present. Consumables are depleted. Floors are wet or have significant debris. Mirrors and glass are dirty.
