Objective
To ensure the Parent Toilets in the Education Facility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies and equipment, making sure to use colour-coded cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin by emptying the rubbish bin and replacing the liner, ensuring the bin is sanitised.
Sanitise and clean all toilet fixtures using the appropriate cleaning agents, ensuring all surfaces are wiped dry.
Wipe and disinfect all surfaces, including counters, mirrors, and partitions, utilising a clean cloth for each type of surface.
Replenish all consumables, ensuring dispensers are clean and functioning properly.
Sweep the floor to eliminate debris, then mop using a disinfectant solution, ensuring the floor is left dry and free from slip hazards.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the quality criteria and address any missed spots.

GoodSurfaces are mostly clean with minor marks or dust. No strong odours. Consumables are mostly stocked. Floors are mostly dry with minimal debris. Fixtures have minor water spots.
PassSurfaces have noticeable marks or dust. Mild odours present. Consumables are low but available. Floors have some wet spots or debris. Fixtures are dull with visible water spots.
FailSurfaces are dirty with significant marks or dust. Strong unpleasant odours present. Consumables are depleted. Floors are wet or heavily soiled. Fixtures are dirty with significant water spots.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves and masks.
