Objective
Ensure the water treatment area within the transportation hub is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance with Australian regulations.
Cleaning Methods
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
Prepare the area by eliminating any visible debris and ensuring all cleaning equipment is in readiness and good condition.
Begin by dusting all high surfaces, then work downwards to prevent re-contamination.
Sanitise all surfaces utilising an approved disinfectant, with particular focus on high-touch areas.
Mop the floor with a damp mop and suitable cleaning solution, ensuring no water pooling occurs.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the quality criteria.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and sanitise the bin area.

GoodSurfaces are clean with minimal dust, bins are emptied, floors are clean with minor streaks.
PassSurfaces are mostly clean, some dust present, bins are emptied but not sanitised, floors have visible streaks.
FailSurfaces are visibly dirty, dust and debris present, bins are full or not sanitised, floors are dirty or have water pooling.
