Objective
Ensure the Immigration area of the Transportation Hub is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Use colour-coded cleaning cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination.
Apply the appropriate cleaning solution as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order before use.
Adopt a top-to-bottom cleaning method to avoid re-soiling the already cleaned area.
Dispose of waste in compliance with local regulations.
Document all cleaning activities within the facility in the designated cleaning log.

PassNoticeable dust or smudges on surfaces. High-touch areas show some fingerprints. Floors have visible dirt or wet spots. Toilets are usable but may lack some supplies.
FailVisible dirt, dust, and smudges on multiple surfaces. High-touch areas are visibly dirty. Floors are dirty or wet. Toilets are unclean or lack essential supplies.
Required Equipment
  • Vacuum Cleaner with HEPA Filter
  • Colour-coded microfibre cloth and mop
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves and masks.
  • Floor Scrubber and Polisher
  • Approved cleaning and sanitising agent
  • Cleaning trolley with separate compartments
