Objective
Ensure the waste bin storage area in retail facilities is maintained in a clean, hygienic, and odour-free condition, adhering to Australian cleaning standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
Dispose of rubbish and replace the bin liner, utilising a trolley for convenient transportation.
Sanitise the bin and adjacent area using a suitable disinfectant.
Thoroughly sweep the floor before mopping with a neutral detergent.

FailBins are not emptied or sanitised, with strong odour present. Floors have significant debris or stains. Walls and doors are heavily marked. Pest activity detected.
